Senior Estimator

As a Senior Estimator, with a successful and proven track record within the engineering / construction sector and qualifications in relevant disciplines, you will be responsible for leading the team in the timely preparation of independent estimates for major infrastructure projects, as well as a range of data analysis and cost engineering services.

The role involves substantial engagement with clients and project teams working on some of the UK’s biggest projects and a chance to grow with a family owned and orientated SME.

Skills & experience

  • Sound knowledge of civil engineering construction, with significant site experience
  • Strong numerical and data analysis skills
  • Commercial awareness
  • Preparation of reports
  • Accurate and consistent approach
  • Proven experience in the preparation of cost estimates from first principles
  • Good communication skills and the ability to engage with clients at all levels
