Training and Development

In partnership with Transport for London (TfL) Benchmark Estimating designed and delivered 3 Levels of training through 60 courses to help develop cost estimating capability for over 600 staff across their organisation with the aim to introduce a common level of understanding and build consistent in-house capability.

• To provide a general understanding of estimating principles to a broad range of staff enabling them to understand how their role fits into the TfL cost estimating landscape.
• To develop a sustainable improvement in cost estimating understanding and competence within TfL and thus improve business performance.
