Benchmark Estimating Ltd has been successfully appointed to the National Highways Cost Planning Services Provider Framework a second term.

Benchmark will continue to support National Highways Cost Planning Team for a further 3 years with the provision of Cost Estimates for both Capex and Opex Schemes, the production of budgets for various schemes and provide commercial and technical support to National Highways in the continuous development of estimating and budget setting process and procedures.
